 It begins in your mind with an idea. |
 Select a nice piece of wood with an interesting grain pattern. |
 Bandsaw the wood to get the rough shape. |
 Power sand with 150 grit sandpaper. |
 Hand sand with 180 grit sandpaper. |
 Brush on 3 coats of shellac. |
 Sand in between coats of shellac. |
 Spray on the final coat of shellac. |
 Wrap the handle in naugahyde to give it a good grip. |
 Secure the grip with clavos. |
 Each paddle is signed with a tiny monogram. |
 Greek letters and other embellishments are applied. |
 Every paddle comes with with a felt presentation sock to help protect it. |
